【消失的大盜】桃檢離譜疏失 讓他逍遙爽逃7年
7年前，警方偵破1個7人竊盜集團，逮捕6名嫌犯，唯一的漏網之魚何姓男子因為在破案前夕酒駕出車禍，住進加護病房，逃過被抓的命運。此案後來移送桃園地檢署，檢察官起訴6人，並註明將何男「另行偵辦」，最後6人都遭判刑，也已全部刑滿出獄，但何男始終在外逍遙。
1位不願具名的台北地檢署主任檢察官說：「應該是案件太多，承辦檢察官或書記官因疏忽或調動忘了交接，或執行科歸檔前忘了分案，或分案後有其他原因無法偵辦，才會這樣。但只要有人告發，桃檢一定會立刻補分案重新偵辦。」
