 登山步道可護眼 防3C產品傷視力


【台灣醒報記者蔡岳宏台北報導】為防止孩童暑假過度使用3C產品,北市規劃「護eye親山步道」!北市府衛生局與工務局規劃了12條「護eye親山步道」,不僅鄰近捷運、公車站,且設有「護眼拓印點」,鼓勵孩童畫下「暑假最厲害的護眼戶外活動」。北市衛生保健科科長黃國忠呼籲,孩童應於每日戶外活動2小時,有助保護視力,另外,家長應定期帶孩子接受視力檢查,延緩近視度數增加或罹患近視。

根據106年台大「兒童青少年視力監測調查」結果顯示,從幼兒園的幼童到高中生都有使用3C產品的習慣,且超過4成幼稚園孩童使用手機,若使用時間達1小時以上,將增2倍近視風險。目前台灣幼兒園近視盛行率約10%左右,幼童近視問題嚴重。

「戶外活動已被證實能延緩近視的發生及度數惡化。」北市衛生局黃世傑局長表示,為鼓勵民眾帶孩子從事戶外活動,衛生局結合工務局自130條登山步道中,擇出12條具備適合親子同行的親山步道,規劃為「護eye親山步道」。北市大地工程處處長池蘭生指出,其中鄰近捷運站的步道有9條,皆設有「親山步道指標」導引前往登山口,重要路口也有方向指示牌,提供導引服務。

「暑假是學童接觸3C產品與視力惡化高峰期。」北市府衛生保健科科長黃國忠強調,除了落實「睡滿8小時」、「吃蔬果均衡飲食」、「看電視、玩電腦少於2小時」、「戶外活動2小時」及「用眼30分鐘休息10分鐘」等規律生活之外,其中「戶外活動」是有效控制近視度數產生及惡化的保護方式。此外,活動時可避開強烈陽光照射時段,若紫外線太強時,建議戴遮陽帽或太陽眼鏡,並補充水分。

黃世傑提醒家中有2至4年級學童的家長,可以利用暑假,帶孩子持「護眼護照」到臺北市衛生局合約眼科醫療院所,接受免費專業視力檢查,若經檢查後發現近視,須遵照眼科專科醫師指示,接受追蹤及後續矯治,並改善用眼習慣以避免視力惡化。
