新北蘆洲永平市場部分攤商鼓勵消費者減塑，自備購物袋可享優惠。 圖／環保局提供 分享 facebook 新北市環保局推動蘆洲永平市場成為全市首處「不塑傳統市場」，讓家庭主婦買菜也要減塑，自備購物袋可在部分攤位享優惠，內部也提供二次袋。繼永和樂華夜市、樹林興仁花園夜市成為不塑夜市，蘆洲永平市場也加入成為不塑市場，全面推廣減少使用塑膠袋，今天和6月2日市場發放二手袋給消費者。. } }); } 2018流行商品開店送禮推薦 永平市場約9成以上攤商加入，有攤商提供優惠給攜帶環保餐具或購物袋的消費者。20%攤商內部不使用一次性用品；11%攤商提供二手袋給消費者使用。其中快樂蔬菜攤商鼓勵消費者成為「不塑之客」，只要消費者自備購物袋就送蔥或去零頭；秀枝水果行自備購物袋也會去零最近流行產品人氣產品排行榜頭。新北蘆洲永平市場設有環保局環保袋回收箱，消費者可自行取用。 圖／環保局提供 分享 facebook 傳統市場是許多家庭主婦最愛去的地方，但通常一攤一種菜就拿一個塑膠袋，逛完一趟就帶享好禮超人氣產品回好幾個，既浪費又不環保，環保局選擇多處傳統市場接洽，最後選定在永平市場推廣減塑，希望達到「不塑」的目流行購物標。環保局去年6月在永和永安市場曾辦「不塑達人購物挑戰賽」， 讓參賽者以自製環保袋挑戰20分鐘內購買10斤蔬菜、水果及生鮮魚肉的任務，最後由中和許姓女子封后。她說，傳統市場買菜須保鮮及防漏，改裝使用自備保冷袋及飲料提袋，反而比塑膠袋更環保、更安全衛生。環保局表示，永平市場自治會長郭金泉等人是重要推手，協會志工努力溝通下促成不塑市場誕生，但目前仍有少部分攤商未加入，將再溝通。
馬雲交棒 股價如何反應受關注
大陸電商龍頭「阿里巴巴集團」創辦人兼董事局主席馬雲，今天公佈公開信，宣佈他明年將辭卸阿里巴巴董事局主席一職，並且由現任總執行長張勇接任。其實，在上星期，大陸電商圈就有消息傳出，馬雲有意交棒，而接棒者就是張勇。
在美國上市的阿里巴巴控股，在星期五收盤的時候，股價上漲二點四三美元，來到一百六十二點三七美元，漲幅百分之一點五二，表現不俗。而在馬雲公開證實明年交棒之後，阿里巴巴星期一在美股的價格會如何變化，也可以看出投資人對這項人事案的最直接反應。
